The Developer Team places rocks in this new expansion area. Destroy them to gain new access to the new mining area. But not all expansions were barricaded with rocks.
These are Xel'Naga towers, move a unit nearby it to uncovered a large area of the map around the tower.
High Yield minerals is a new type of minerals that can be gather in Starcraft 2. Of course, it has greater amount resources compared to a normal mineral.
